Multiple Spot Loads & Multiple Repeat Loads

Fill in the blanks. You can skip the city and state and just do zips if you prefer, it will fill in the city, state. The list name is a future option where you can save the list and just re-add in a batch in one shot. The purge date is when you want the shipments to be deleted if not covered.

On each field, when entering a series of loads for one customer, if you hit ‘enter’, it will copy the data above it and you can change just the parts you need.

When you press esc-esc to save, it gives you an option to continue, or exit without creating the loads.

After you create the loads, it then gives an option to use smart search and market the loads to carriers.

If you choose to smart-search, it then gives you a list-box and you just highlight the load you want to smart-search and press ‘enter’

For non-spot loads - shipments that get pro numbers, there is an option in the employee file on screen 7, Repeat tags with multi-tag. This is good for when a client gives you multiples of the same load.

Go through the normal tag process – either start fresh or repeat a past load. It will bring you to a screen like the one below. Whatever data you put in the black (copy this) line, will be duplicated down the list. After that, you can go to any of the specific pro’s and edit the data.

That’s it, save it and exit.
