It doesn’t take many customers or stops before optimized route planning produces significant savings. Better representation of customer orders, operational constraints and the road network means more reliable routes, which results in happier customers and drivers. Customers have accurate details on when their deliveries are expected to arrive, and drivers have routes that take into consideration the challenges they face in executing deliveries.

Increasingly, customers are expecting real-time ETA updates for their deliveries—a dot on the map is not enough.
